May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Lay down in quiet space. Light a candle and turn off lights.

Take 25 deep breathes then begin the below meditation.

Try to experience stillness and repeat .......

I am a peaceful soul.

I choose to love, forgive, and accept myself just the way I am.

I choose to let God shape, mold and make me into the person HE created me to be.

My mind is filled with peace.

I choose to let go of all negative thoughts and limiting beliefs that interfere with me living a healthy, whole and abundant life in Christ.

I choose to accept HIS unconditional love in spite of my faults and weaknesses.

I am a peaceful soul.

I choose to let go of fear and doubt or any debilitating thought that stands in the way of me and success.

I am a peaceful soul.

I choose to release & let go of depression sadness and anger & every toxic emotion that interferes with my peace , joy and prosperity in Christ.

I radiate peace to the world.

May my meditation be pleasing to him, as I rejoice in the Lord.

Dear Lord,

Let all who practice this meditation feel your presence and become at peace with you. Let us realize that we are peaceful beings and you have made us wonderfully and perfect. Let us release what we need to let go of so we can move forward. We trust you Lord. In Jesus name.
