Why a daily practice of any length profoundly benefits you

Taking time at home or in a class, whether 10-minutes or an hour blesses your life. Quiet time with your spiritual self cannot be rushed.  When you are in a hurry, your mind flitters back and forth between peace and the tasks ahead of you.  Push back the demands pressing in on you; create a safe, quiet space around you, a haven for a practice in which you can rest, move your body and connect with Christ.

When you practice and use this time of focused attention on your spiritual self, it will bless you beyond measure, it will strengthen and equip you for the times ahead.  It is a wise and enjoyable investment.

Keep coming back to your mat…take your precious time to create a sacred space around you …space permeated with quiet and peace.
